Been going there once a week for years. Fine until a few weeks ago. Pizzas burnt black, either way too much toppings piled on or hardly any at all. Burnt black Pepperoni pizza two weeks in a row now, fortunately this week there wasn't much Pepperoni on it to burn. Sparse Jalopenos on the Firebreather. Orders are late.Store was dirty , used cleaning cloth left on a table, rubbish on the floor, seats dirty. Staff members unfriendly and look like they're feeling dead inside. This store used to be stupendous in their quality and for being on time (as well as friendly staff who cared)....now the pizzas are sloppy, burnt with no quality control at all, and the staff look like they're past caring. Hmmmm Pizza Hut is looking good....EDIT.Ordered two pizzas minus ground beef and mushrooms. Ground beef on both and mushroom on one of them when picked up. Staff clearly dont care. Last pickup, there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the dine-in area. After complaining, this week the counter had been wiped with a dirty rag and the floor was marginally cleaner.Change of hands and staff has clearly not been good for this store. NEVER again. Going Pizzahut all the way from now on after using this store for years. Sayonara Dominos Thornlie.EDIT, gave them another chance, ordered two pizzas both having ground beef removed. I got, two pizzas with ground beef. If someone has an allergy, they could be up for a lawsuit. Complained, was offered a refund, even though uploading photos of the pizzas with ground beef, NO response after that.THIS week I have ordered from Pizzahut, a little more expensive but worth it. This store used to be top notch, now changed hands and dont give a ff about customers. See the photos of pizzas with ground beef I did not want.AVOID this branch.

Clearly mentioned on bill that its car park delivery. After waiting for 5 minutes over, I went in the store and left kids in the car. Both staff members were busy in chit chatting and when asked it was car park delivery, the lame excuse given was “system is not working” I mean *wow* not a good excuse plzBy the way pizza was good.Not coming back here.

Had pizza here tonight. The pizzas were all undercooked. The garlic bread was also undercooked and soggy/wet. The pizza was not hot enough.I’ve had the pepperoni pizza in late April and tonight - the pepperoni has either changed or it’s likely stale/off. It smelt very very bad and tasted very bad. I’ve eaten dominos for years and I can guarantee I’ll never go back. Something very concerning about this restaurant and the company as a whole. I’ll also be making a complaint to the health department regarding the risks associated with the food temperature and being undercooked.

Worst pizza! It's a disgrace to even call it a large pizza. Ordered a large paneer pizza, seriously had 4 tiny pieces of paneer, went back to the store with the pizza and they said they only put 4 pieces. Haha seriously? Never coming back!

Omg how bad is this place, there were 2 employees fighting there, while I had my child there, ,u could clearly see the young people working there were uncomfortable and scared, discussing behaviors, I got my money back because of this, do not go there, they both should be fired,will never get my money again......discussing

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides on Sunday. Classic crust but it was so thick and definitely not classic. Pizzas were thrown together and undercooked. Side 1 was undercooked soggy garlic bread. Side 2 was burnt pepperoni puff roll. Totally substandard and very disappointing. No reply from their feedback

Definitely no stars calling the health departmentI used to work as a bistro chef in the first few years of my apprenticeshipAnd part of the bistro we had a pizzeriaTo come to this outlet in thornlie near warton road only to find this gut wrenching borderline health riskOf a place .You can clearly see in the photos that their rotisserie grill they use to cook their creations has not been clean or maintained to have a greasy and filthy blackened base is clearly why certain people should not have a businessThis is happened less than an hour ago now my daughter has a stomach ache and pains and we all know what happens afterI'm sorry but only Italian should cook Italian food
